Refund policy

  • Once an order is placed, you are allowed a 24 hour grace period to cancel the order.
  • Orders that have been shipped CANNOT be cancelled.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the full amount that the item was purchased for at the time, unless otherwise stated. 
  • Shipping fees and sales tax will not be included in refund amount.
  • You, the buyer, will be responsible for covering all shipping costs, including packaging and the shipping label, to return your item(s). To obtain the returning shipping address, send us an email at support@lyftedcosmetics.com
  • Item must be undamaged, un-used, and in the same new condition status you received it in. If the item returned is deemed damaged, used, or has been manipulated with, we will refuse the return and you can either choose to pay for shipping to receive the product back, or we will simply seize and trash the products.
  • Lashes, lash adhesive, lipstick, lipliners, and cosmetic items are final sale and not available to be exchanged or returned.  
  • No refunds will be permitted for any of the digital purchases or services (including but not limited to the “Start Your Own Business” packages and vendors.)
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received. 
  • Lyfted Cosmetics is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen-in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
