Shipping policy
General Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure your address is correctly entered and include all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, buildings or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled In the event that we grant a buyer’s request to cancel their order, the refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. The shipping carrier method the customer chooses is subject to change at any time as reserved rights by us.
For international shipments, buyer is responsible for full cost of shipping + handling fees as well as any tariffs that may incur.
Lyfted Cosmetics LLC does not take ANY responsibility for holds or delays caused by the Post Office at any time and under any circumstances.
Lyfted Cosmetics LLC does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses inputted by the customer at the time of orders. If you reach out to us before we fulfill your order, we will do our best to change the address but no guarantees can be made.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been dropped off to the Post Office. Depending on a number of factors, and due to the fact I am only one person, both domestic and international orders may take up to 1-3 days for processing. This is an estimated time frame and does not include weekends and/or holidays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from lyftedcosmetics.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit used. Shipping fees are not refunded with returns.
Delivery Claims
Lyfted Cosmetics does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Lost Packages
Lyfted Cosmetics does not hold or accept responsibility for lost packages that could not be delivered or are sent back due to incorrect shipping information inputted by the buyer. In the event that a package is sent back and you, the buyer, would like it re-delivered, you, the buyer, must pay the shipping fee in full. To prevent this, please ensure all shipping address is properly inputted when placing the order, including:

Address
Apt Number
City, State, Zip Code
Failed Delivery/Items Returned to Sender
If your package fails to deliver due to wrong address (inputted by the buyer) or for any other reason, no refunds will be granted The buyer is responsible for properly imputing the correct address as well as ensuring delivery to their home address is valid with the Post Office. In placing a purchase with Lyfted Cosmetics LLC, the buyer agrees to assume all responsibility for any and all lost packages. If the buyer wishes to have the items re-shipped, the buyer is subject to additional shipping fees.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, and issue the other items at a later date when they are back in stock. Buyer also has the right to cancel the order for the items out of stock in exchange for store credit.
